What Happens in a Session?
A Core Transformation session begins by identifying a behavior, thought, or feeling you’d like to explore. Through gentle inquiry, we connect with the part of you behind that pattern and guide it through a process of inner discovery. This leads you to a Core State—such as peace, presence, love, or wholeness—that naturally brings healing and integration.
As this Core State expands, it begins to ripple outward—shifting not only the issue you started with, but often other areas of life as well.
Sessions are 60–90 minutes and take place online via Zoom in a safe, private space.
